JoeApply is a service operated by Immigrder Tech LLC ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy covers joeapply.com and explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information. We collect the minimum data needed to operate the service and do not sell your personal information to anyone.

a. Information you provide

• Email address: if you create an account to receive job alert emails. Your email is used only to send alerts you subscribed to and to authenticate your account.

b. Information collected automatically

• Usage analytics: we use Google Analytics to collect anonymised data about how pages are visited (page views, session duration, referring sites). This data does not identify you personally.
• Job click interactions: when you click an "Apply" link, we record an anonymised click event tied to the job listing (not to your identity) to show how much interest a listing attracts.
• Log data: our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) may log standard request data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and performance purposes. This data is governed by Cloudflare's own privacy policy.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To send job alert emails you have explicitly subscribed to
• To authenticate your account and maintain your session
• To understand how the site is used so we can improve it
• To detect and prevent abuse or fraudulent activity

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond operating the service described above.

We use the following cookies:

We do not use advertising cookies or share cookie data with third-party ad networks.

We retain your email address and alert preferences for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your email and alert subscriptions are removed promptly. Anonymised analytics data may be retained for up to 26 months per Google Analytics default settings.

• Unsubscribe from job alerts at any time from your dashboard
